Brand Voice is a set of instructions that tells OnePost how to write in your style. It's applied to every generation, so every post sounds like you — not like generic AI content.

Setting Your Brand Voice

Go to Settings → Brand Voice and describe your writing style:

I write for B2B SaaS founders. My tone is direct and slightly irreverent.
I never use corporate jargon. I often use short sentences. I reference
real examples and data. I sometimes use dark humor about startup life.

What to Include

Tone: How you sound (professional, casual, witty, direct, warm) Audience: Who you're writing for What to avoid: Filler phrases, clichés, things that feel off-brand Format preferences: Do you like bullet points? Short paragraphs? Lists? Signature elements: Phrases you often use, topics you cover

Team Sharing

On Pro and Team plans, your Brand Voice is shared with your entire team. Everyone generates posts in the same voice.

Tips

• Start with 3-5 sentences and refine over time
• Include examples of posts you like: "Write like this example: [paste example]"
• If posts feel generic, be more specific about your audience and differentiators
